Training Programme as a part of Capacity Building of various committees constituted under FRA, 2006

GIPARD in collaboration with Tribal Research Institute & Directorate of Tribal Welfare organised 1 Day Training & Capacity building on Forest Rights Act 2006 for DLC & SDLC members. The main aim of this was to enable participants to understand the implementation of FRA & Role of Forest Rights Committee. Dr. Ajay Gaude, Nodal Officer for Goa State along with Smt. Snehal Patil IFS, Dy. Conservator of Forest, Maharashtra were invited as Resource persons to conduct the sessions during this training. The Training included Group discussions, presentations and Panel Q&A session.
