One-day special training camp-cum-SDLC meetings on the Forest Rights Act (FRA), 2006.

TRI Goa, supported by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs (MoTA), New Delhi, in collaboration with the Collector, Kushavati District, Goa, organised a one-day special training camp-cum-SDLC meetings on the Forest Rights Act (FRA), 2006.

The camps were organised simultaneously in all four subdivisions of Kushavati District on 17/07/2026. All the camps were successful in providing training and guidance to the tribal communities on the FRA and also enabled the SDLC to recommend a number of cases to the DLC. The camps received an overwhelming response from the local tribal community.
